How to Search
- When you log into the program the default screen is the Welcome screen.
- The Welcome screen has the search function on it.
- You can also access the Search feature by the tab at the top of page when in a record.
- You may search three different ways. By:
- Last name
- Social Security Number
- VA Claim Number
- You may put in all or part of the above to search. For example, you may put in "Smi" to find all files that have "Smi" in them. You will retrieve such records as: Smith, Smile, Smielewski...
- You may utilize the % as a wild card. For example: Sm*ski will retrieve all records that begin with Sm and end with ski.
