Veteran Details
- The Details tab includes all demographic information that realtes to the veteran.
- To edit the Details or add additional Details, click on the edit link.
- To edit you have the choice to insert the following information:
- Social Security number
- VA claim number
- Date of Birth
- POA
- Last name
- First name
- Middle name
- Alias
- Address
- Second address line
- City
- State
- Zip code
- County
- Home phone
- Work phone
- Cell phone
- Sex
- Rail road retirement number
- Claims folder located at
- Office code or location
- Medical information
- Additional notes
- The next section allows you to add a different address and dates the veteran is away. For example, if your veteran lives in a cold climate and travels to a warmer climate for the winter months, you can insert the winter time address and dates away in this section.
- This section includes:
- From and to dates
- Other address
- Other city
- Other county
- Other state
- Other zip code
- Other phone number
- Once you have added the information, click the update button at the bottom of the screen.
- Note that only the information you have entered shows on the Veterans Details page.
